I used to think couples were dumb for needing to hold hands all the time, but sometimes — to be honest, all times — I always want to hold your hand.

This past week I’ve been living in this constant state of terrifyingly beautiful swelling. The kind of swelling associated with hearts, heavy chests, and watery eyes.

I’ve never wanted to cry so much out of happiness. I’m sure I’ve never even smiled so much out of happiness.

We’ve done everything backwards. We went from 0 to 60 in at least 3 seconds. But in my opinion we must be doing it forwards because I wouldn’t have done anything differently. Nothing has ever felt so natural.
